60 g cocoa powder150 g caster sugar60 ml vegetable oil2 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract130 g gluten free plain flour1/2 tsp baking powder50 g icing sugar
Directions

Beat together the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, gluten free flour and baking powder Wrap in clingfilm and chill in the freezer for 20 minutesPreheat the oven to 180 oC Line a baking sheet with parchment paperRoll the cookie dough into 1” diameter balls Roll in the icing sugar and place on the baking sheet Flatten Bake for 12 minutes
