Ingredients

  • For Dough-
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp ghee or oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Water to knead the dough
  • For stuffing-
  • 250 gms boneless chicken
  • 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger, garlic paste
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • As needed Shredded mozerala cheese
  • 2 tbsp refined oil

Directions

  • To make samosa dough take a bowl & add salt, ghee in the flour.Mix or rub the ghee into the flour until it is well incorporated.
  • Add water gragually into the flour & make a smooth but hard & tight dough.Cover the dough & let in rest for 20-25 mints.
  • For chicken stuffing-
  • Cut the boneless chicken into small chunks.Wash them properly.
  • Then marinate it with salt, ginger- garlic paste, black pepper, chilliflakes, oregano, garam masala powder, vinegar about 20 to 25 mints.
  • Take oil in a pan,add finely chopped onions & stir fry it till golden brown.
  • Add the marinated chicken pieces & cook till the water dry.
  • Cool the chicken stuffing at room temperature.Mix the grated cheese with the stuffing.
  • Knead the dough again for a mint & divide it into equal small balls.
  • Sprinkle some flour & rolled it into a thin circle.Place stuffing on one side on the circle.Gently roll the dough firmly.
  • Mark the circle dough with a knife in the middle of the edges, make sure not to cut the edges.
  • Make a thick paste of flour & water.Roll the dough & make a curve.Seal the corner to make a ring shape.
  • Heat refined oil in a deep kadai on low flame.Add the ring chicken cheese samosas one by one into the oil& deep fry them till golden,crispy & flaky.
  • Serve the hot, delicious & crunchy samosas with red chilli sauce.
