Mango and Lime Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe mangoes
  • 8 tablespoons lime juice
  • 25 g icing sugar

Directions

  • Remove the skin and stone from the mangoes Place the mango flesh, lime juice and icing sugar in a blender and blitz until smooth
  • Churn in an ice-cream maker for 25 minutes or place in the freezer, stirring occasionally until frozen
