4 ripe mangoes8 tablespoons lime juice25 g icing sugar

Remove the skin and stone from the mangoes Place the mango flesh, lime juice and icing sugar in a blender and blitz until smoothChurn in an ice-cream maker for 25 minutes or place in the freezer, stirring occasionally until frozen
