1 cup curd1/2 beetroot4/5 Red chilli1 inch ginger1/2 tspoon cumin seeds1/4 tspoon Fenugreek seeds1 tbspoon desi gheeto taste Salt1/2 tspoon curry leaves1 tbspoon black gram flour
Directions

Blend curd and beetroot together to form pink colour buttermilkHeat kadai add desi ghee.once hot add Fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, chillies, asefoetida,curry leaves, chopped Ginger.mix gram flour with buttermilk.Saute for minute then add buttermilk and mix well add water to adjust consistency.add salt.Boil kadhi for ten minutes and serve with khichdi or steam rice.
