Tiki’s Ginger 🍻

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of raw ginger chopped
  • 10 liters water
  • 1.5 kilos of white sugar

Directions

  • Chop ginger in small pieces.
  • Bring pot to a boil, simmer ginger & sugar for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes simmer time, turn off the heat and let pot cool down to room temperature.
