Clean the chicken wellIn a wide deep pan, pour oil and fry the chicken pieces until they turn a reddish colour, then remove from oil.In a wide pot, pour enough quantity of water with spices and add the chicken pieces, boil until well done. Add salt and cook for almost 1 hour until a consistent broth has formedRemove spices from the brothPour the chicken stew and serve in a dish. Add the lemon juice.
