Heat oil mix the hot oil ingredients and set asideFlour the chicken with the breading ingredients.Let sit 5 minutesMix the batter ingredientsDip the breaded chicken into the batter and fry till done move to a bowl with a lidAdd hot oil mixture after stirring it making sure the oil is mixed up and not separated.Add pickle on top and serve.Mix the mayonnaise and HorseradishCoat the mixed vegetables and fryMove to a paper towel to absorb excessive oilsI hope you enjoy!To make this mild omit the hot oil and hot sauce in the batter
