4 boneless chicken legs (with skins), halved1 tsp saltCrushed black pepper1 tsp crushed garlic or garlic paste1/2 tsp crushed coriander

Combine all spices and rub them into the chicken legs. Put them in the fridge for at least an hour (I left them all night).Heat a skillet (medium heat). Arrange the chicken legs inside the pan, the skin should touch the skillet directly.Some time later, you will see some oil from the kitchen. Flip the chicken pieces.Flip again when necessary. When you slice it and the juice is clear and the skin is no longer pink, it is ready!
