Juicy, Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken (I used thigh)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Crushed black pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 thick circular stone

Directions

  • Mix chicken with salt, garlic, lime, and black pepper. Put them in the fridge for at least an hour (all night would be best). But if you re in a hurry, you can wait about 5 minutes before cooking.
  • Heat the oil in a pan (I used medium heat). Add the chicken, the skin part should touch the pan. Immediately, put the stone on top of the chicken pieces.
  • After five minutes, carefully remove the stone (it will be very hot!) and flip the chicken. Put the stone back again on top of the chicken.
  • After five minutes, remove the stone carefully before removing the chicken pieces from the pan.
