Ingredients

4 pieces chicken (I used thigh)1/2 tsp salt1 tsp garlic paste1 tsp lime juiceCrushed black pepper2 tbsp oil1 thick circular stone
Directions

Mix chicken with salt, garlic, lime, and black pepper. Put them in the fridge for at least an hour (all night would be best). But if you re in a hurry, you can wait about 5 minutes before cooking.Heat the oil in a pan (I used medium heat). Add the chicken, the skin part should touch the pan. Immediately, put the stone on top of the chicken pieces.After five minutes, carefully remove the stone (it will be very hot!) and flip the chicken. Put the stone back again on top of the chicken.After five minutes, remove the stone carefully before removing the chicken pieces from the pan.
