1/2 kg Boiled Potatoes250 g Chicken mince1 tsp White vinegar1 tsp Soya sauce1 Bread slicesto taste Salt1 tsp Crushed red chilliCrushed black pepper as requiredBread crumbs as required2 Eggs beaten wellTomato ketchup as requiredChilli sauce as required

Boil ½ kg potatoes cooled completely then mash them. Add 1 tsp soya sauce and 1 tsp white vinegar in 250g chicken mince with bread slices in food processor blitz 2-3 times then take out in big bowl. Add potatoes, crushed black pepper, crushed red chilli and salt mix well with you clean hands.Let rest in fridge about 1 hour after hour First make cutlets and then make a hole in the center with help of thumb. Dip the donuts in egg and roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them till light golden. Serve with chips, salad & your favourite dip.
