Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Boiled Potatoes
  • 250 g Chicken mince
  • 1 tsp White vinegar
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 Bread slices
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Crushed red chilli
  • Crushed black pepper as required
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • 2 Eggs beaten well
  • Tomato ketchup as required
  • Chilli sauce as required

Directions

  • Boil ½ kg potatoes cooled completely then mash them. Add 1 tsp soya sauce and 1 tsp white vinegar in 250g chicken mince with bread slices in food processor blitz 2-3 times then take out in big bowl. Add potatoes, crushed black pepper, crushed red chilli and salt mix well with you clean hands.
  • Let rest in fridge about 1 hour after hour First make cutlets and then make a hole in the center with help of thumb. Dip the donuts in egg and roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them till light golden. Serve with chips, salad & your favourite dip.
