5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips1 cup white rice flour⅓ cup cornstarch1 cup soy sauce1 ½ tablespoons salt½ cup white sugar1 cup chopped green onions6 cloves garlic, minced1 teaspoon cayenne pepper5 eggsoil for frying

In a large bowl combine the flour, cornstarch, soy sauce, salt, sugar, green onions, garlic, cayenne pepper and eggs. Mix well. Add the chicken and marinate for 24 hours, refrigerated.Remove from refrigerator, deep fry and serve.
