Preheat oven to 180’C.Mix the cheddar and mozzarella.Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly before mixing with cheese.Spoon the mixture onto the mushrooms and bake. Serve with a salad and a choice of the optional ingredients.This recipe works well as a topping for fresh bread.
