Crispy nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 cup Water
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 +1/4 cup Rice flour
  • as required Oil for frying
  • For coating nachos –
  • 2 tbspn Maggi masala
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala

Directions

  • Chopped onion, garlic, cumin seeds and make a fine paste, add water if required. Take a pan add 1 cup water salt as per taste add oil and prepared paste.
  • Add rice flour and mix well close lid and cook for 1 min turn off flame after 1 min. Transfer mix into a bowl. Do not let it cool. Grease hand and prepare dough while it’s warm, pinch ball size dough dust rice flour and roll dough. Roll slightly thick trim the slides and cut into triangle pieces prink with a fork, preventing from puffing up while frying.
  • Heat oil for frying add them into medium hot oil and fry take out in a plate add prepare nachos into masala properly mix masala and ready to serve with tomato sauce
