1 packet nachos1 cup boiled kidney beans/ Rajma2-3 cheese slices2/3 cup milk1 tbsp whole wheat flour1 tbsp butter2 tomatoes Chopped finely1 onion chopped finely1/4 cup sweet corn boiledto taste Salt and black pepper powder1 tbsp oregano1 tsp chilli flakes1 tbsp oil

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions. Cook till translucent. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Keep aside.Now take another pan, add butter and flour and mix. Now add milk and mix thoroughly so there are no lumps.Chop cheese slices and add to the milk flour mixture. Add salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes. Keep aside and let it cool.Spread Nachos in a plate. Add onion tomato salsa, then boiled rajma, then a layer of Cheese sauce. Spread some chilli flakes if you want.Now spread some sweet corn and again a layer of cheese sauce. Your Loaded Cheese Nachos are ready
