Rice flour Nachos

Ingredients

  • 200 gm rice flour
  • as needed Water
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Chat masala or Amchur Powder
  • As needed Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup Nachos dip
  • as needed Sunflower oil

Directions

  • Pour water into a pan and add the rice flour
  • Mix it well and cook for 3minute in low flame
  • Take out the rice flour from the pan and keep it in another bowl
  • Knead the flour well and keep it aside for 5minutes.
  • Roll the bread properly like making phulka at home and cut the edges with knife.
  • Make triangular shapes and prick it with fork.
  • Fry the triangular shapes into hot oil
  • After frying add chat masala or amchur powder into it.
  • Have it with tomato sauce and nachos dip
