Pan-Fried Chicken Pieces with Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 500 gr skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Oil for frying (2-3 tbsp every batch should do it)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan

Directions

  • Mix chicken with mayo, garlic powder, and salt. Rest overnight in a fridge.
  • Heat oil in a pan. I use medium heat for this.
  • Mix breadcrumbs with salt, parsley flakes, garlic powder, grated parmesan. Coat the chicken pieces with breadcrumbs mixture. Fry until golden brown and flip occasionally.
  • I added the chicken pieces to my kids bento.
