Anna s Custard Pie

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust2 cups milk1 tablespoon all-purpose flour½ cup white sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract4 eggs, beaten1 pinch ground nutmeg

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a 9-inch pie plate with pie crust.In a mixing bowl, blend together the milk, flour, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg.Bake in the preheated oven until custard is set, about 35 minutes.
