Ingredients

50 gram vermicily
-
1 ltr milk
-
1 spoon ghee
-
2-3 cardmon
-
100 gram sugar
-
Dry fruits
Directions

Gas on and take a pan n put ghee into the pan. When the ghee becomes hot,Add vermicily ti it and cook till it turns light brown.

Take a heavy bottam pan and add milk and add cardmon.When the milk is boil add vermicily n cook slow flame 15 to 20 min.

When the milk is something thick add sugar and boil again n cook five to ten min. Then gas off n mix dry fruits. Then kheer is cool n come to normal temp. The kheer bowl put into the fridge somthing one hour.

After one hour kheer put out a bowl n chilled kheer serve itβ¦ πππ
