1 halal chicken1 cup rolled oalts3 tablespoons semolina flour1 cup white flourHalf cup plain thick yogart3-4 tablespoon milkFrying oilSpices:2 tblspn ginger grinded,1 teaspoon garlic grindedSpices:1 teaspoon tumeric,1 tablespoon paprika powder2 teaspoon salt,half teaspoon black pepper,2 teaspoon zaatar,1 teaspoon zaatar,1 teaspoon lemon zest(optional)

Ingreds and prepsYogart the chicknCoat in yogart then roll in flour,the second coat.and repeat.in batches if u like.
