Crunchy Nachos

Ingredients

  • as required Nachos chips
  • 1/2 cup maize flour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup refined flour
  • as per taste salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • as per taste salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • For salsa-
  • 2 medium tomato finely chopped
  • 1 onion chopped diced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • as per taste salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch sugar sugar
  • 1 green chilli

Directions

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in non stick add turmeric powder and saute for 30sec.
  • Combine refined flour and maize flour salt and turmeric oil in bowl and mix. Add some warm water and knead into soft dough.
  • To prepare spice mix,combine onion powder garlic powder paprika salt in bowl and mix well.
  • .Heat sufficient oil in pan
  • .Divide the dough into equal portions. place each portion on the worktop,drizzle some oil on the top of dough. make it like roti and cut in triangle
  • Deep fry the nacho in hot oil still it’s golden and crisp then sprinkle sup e mix on top
  • Salsa : 2 medium tomato finely chopped 1 onion chopped diced 1 clove garlic 1 green chilli 1 tsp lemon juice pinch of sugar sugar salt as per taste juice the above then in a pan put some oil and fry it till thickens let it cool then put in the freeze serve cold
