Cheesy Mexican Nachos

1 packet Nachos1/2 cup Rajmah (kidney beans)boiled1 Onion1 Tomato1 capsicumhandful Fresh coriander leaves4 Tsp Tomato sauce3 spoon Lemon juiceTo taste Salt1/2 tsp black pepper powder1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese1/2 cup Tomato puree

Wash and finely chop onion tomato and capsicum. Take a bowl add chopped veggies, tomato purée and tomato sauce, add salt pepper and mix well. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves and mix well. The salsa is ready.In a pressure cooker add rajmah, salt pepper and asafoetida (hing)cook for-15- mins.remove and keep aside.Now take a platter and arrange nachos on it, make a layer of rajmah on it then put the prepared salsa on it and then top up with the grated mozzarella cheese and microwave for 1-2 minutes, the cheese will melt.Serve hot.
