40 elderflowers3 lemons2 kg sugar2 l water
Directions

Rinse the flowers in water.Boil the water.Cut the lemons.Add the sugar to the water and let it melt.Mix the water, flowers and lemons.Let it be in cool temperature for 3 days. Stir the juice every morning and evening.Filter the juice.Drink!
