Elderflower juice

Ingredients

  • 40 elderflowers
  • 3 lemons
  • 2 kg sugar
  • 2 l water

Directions

  • Rinse the flowers in water.
  • Boil the water.
  • Cut the lemons.
  • Add the sugar to the water and let it melt.
  • Mix the water, flowers and lemons.
  • Let it be in cool temperature for 3 days. Stir the juice every morning and evening.
  • Filter the juice.
  • Drink!
