1 kg white potatoes1 large onion very finely chopped4 Tbsp fresh coriander chopped3 Tbsp Mint chopped1 green chilli chopped1/3 cup Spring onion chopped1 lemon juiceto taste salt1 tsp red chilli powder1 tsp red chilli flakes1 tsp coriander powder1 tsp cumin powder1 Tbsp Chaat masala (optional)2 slice bread without corner make a breadcrumbs in chopper or food processorAll purpose flour + water make a paste as needed (to be used for dipping the kababs into before frying) Vegetable Oil required

Boil the potatoes, cool down completely then peel and mash them. Add all ingredients Mix well. Shape into round patties. Refrigerate for about an hour (covered with cling wrap).First dip in flour paste then coat in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown, then blot in kitchen towels.serve hot with ketchup or chutney ๐Enjoy !!!โ Tips: Boil the potatoes one day before,making kabab drain all water cool down completely and keep in a fridge.
