Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef boneless
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 onion medium
  • 5 tbsp haleem masala
  • 2 tbsp Kashmir lal mirch powder
  • 1 cup jaou
  • 1.5 cup moong daal
  • 2 tbsp chana daal
  • 2 tbsp rice
  • 2 tbsp urad ki daal
  • 2 tbsp gehun

Directions

  • Heat oil add onion fry a little
  • Add meat and ginger garlic paste and masalas
  • Fry and den cover da lid fr half hour
  • Now add lentils and water2 litres
  • Now let it cook fr 2 hours on low flame
  • Grind it wd hand blande
  • Now fr bhagar heat oil add onion add Kashmiri lal mirch powder pour over haleem
  • Enjoy wd tandoor or sheermal
