Ingredients

  • 2 pack maggi instant noodle
  • Onion 1 - diced
  • 3 Eggs
  • Chicken fillet
  • Maggi curry cubes 2
  • Fingger chili 2 - chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika powder -
  • Salt to taste (if needed)

Directions

  • Boil instant noodle. Drain. Keep aside
  • Marinate chicken fillet with turmeric. Deep fry chicken fillet. Chop fried fillet. Keep aside
  • Beat eggs. Add onion, chilli, maggie cube,paprika,salt & chicken fillet. Add boiled noodle and mix well.
  • Heat a non stick pan. Add 1/2 tsp oil. Pour the egg & noodle mix. Flip and cook fry both side like a pancake. Serve hot.
