Ingredients

  • 700 gr beef
  • 1 kg baby potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 3 gralic cloves
  • 1 glass red wine
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 2 ripped tomatoes
  • to taste Salt

Directions

  • Poach the garlic and onions
  • Add choooed tomatoes and carrots. Cover and leave it until soft in low heat. Salt to taste.
  • Remove the veggies and add the beef. Cook it until it seems done in the outside. Add the wine and leave it until the alcohol is consumed.
  • Add the potatoes and cover it with water. Bring it to the boil. Reduce heat to minimun and leave it for about 1 hour
