4 potato3 tablespoon bread crums2.5 tablespoon cornflour1 teaspoon ginger-chilli peastto taste SaltAs needed Oil for frying

Boil the potato. After boiling the potatoes, let them coll to room temperature.After that, grate them gently.Add breadcrumbs, corn flour, ginger-chilli paste and salt as per your taste. Mix everything well.Make a dough out of the mixture. Dough should be hard enough that it can stick to the shape we want. Add breadcrumbs if dough seems soft.Apply some oil to the dough and put it in freeze for 30 minsTake a plastic sheet or butter paper and apply some oil on it.Place dough on it and spread it evenly. Do not spread it thin. It should be around 1 cm thick layer.Take cookie cutter or small round lid and dip it in corn flour. So it come out easily.Take a plastic strow and make eyes. To make smile, take a spoon and make a mark of smile with it as shown in picture.Now refrigerate it for 2 hours. Smilies are ready to fry. If you want to store it for 1-2 months then you can store them in a zip lock in freezer.Take an oil for frying and fry it on a medium flame til it become golden and crispy.Your potato smilies are ready to serve. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
