500 g beef fillet250 g sweat onion250 g tomato1/4 cup apple cider vinegar1/4 cup vegetable oil4 garlic gloves1 tablespoon beef shawarma seasonning (if found)Note: In case not found, use the alternative mix:cinnamon powderpeppersblack peppercrushed cardamomgarlic powderdried coriandercrushed cumin1 teaspoon saltTahini sauce:1 cup tahini3/4 cup water1/4 cup lemon juice1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon crushed cuminMix all together untill the paste turn to sauceNote: You can add water if the sauce too thickBiwaz:1 big sweat onion4 tablespoon samak1 cup of shopped parsley1 teaspoon olive oilFor sandwish:french friespickles (long sections)Saj bread

Cut the beef into long and thin chunks.In a bowl mix the following ingredients: *crushed garlic *oil *apple cedar vinegar *all the spices mentioned above to form the marinade.Rub the meat with the marinade, cover and let marinate overnight in the fridge.In a pan, add the beef marinade, stir on a high heat till well cooked and well dried.Add the chopped tomato, then stir on a high heat till its done.Turn off the stove.Served as sandwishes with addition of pickles and biwaz mix as desired.“By: Tala Odaymat
