Ingredients

  • 1 kg brinjal
  • 1/2 potato
  • 5 green chilies
  • To taste Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tes turmeric
  • 1 small onion
  • 5 big tomatoes
  • 1 cup oil

Directions

  • Take a pot put oil and onion.
  • When oil turns pink add tomatoes.
  • Now put salt, red chilli and turmeric. And cook on slow flame.
  • Now add brinjal and cook for 5 minutes on slow flame.
  • Now add potatoes cook for 30 minutes.
  • Now check potatoes and brinjal. If ready then off the flame.now our recipe is ready.
