1 tbsp olive oil500 g braising beef diced1 garlic clove minced1 onion diced1 pepper diced2 tsps smoked paprikapinch chilli flakes200 g chopped tomatoes100 ml beef stocksalt and pepper for seasoning

Add the olive oil into a saucepan over a medium heatSauté the garlic, onion, peppers, paprika, chilli flakes and beef for 5 minutesAdd in the tomatoes and beef stockBring to the boil and then simmer for 40 minutes or until the sauce is thick and glossyServe with boiled rice and gluten free pitta bread
