‘Kimpira’ Potato & Carrot

1 large Potato1 large Carrot1 tablespoon Oil *1/2 Sesame Oil & 1/2 Vegetables Oil recommended2 tablespoons Soy Sauce1 tablespoon SugarChilli Flakes OR Ground Chilli *optionalToasted Sesame Seeds

Slice Potato and Carrot into thin strips. If you have a vegetable slicer, it can be done quickly.Heat Oil in a frying pan over medium high heat, cook Potato and Carrot until soft. Add Sugar and Soy Sauce (and Chilli), and stir-fry until slightly caramelised.Sprinkle some Toasted Sesame Seeds on top. Enjoy with freshly cooked Rice.
