Use cooking oil accordingly.Fried the potatoes till crispy in small batches so it cooked faster. Then leave it aside while wait the oil goes downPut oil and cook the sauce prepared before together with bay leaves, keffir leaves, palm sugar, sugar, flavoring, galanga.Wait until it caramalized, thicked, and has a nice aroma. Then mix it well with the fried crisp potato accordingly.After that, wait until it cool down and then put it in a closed jar.
