300 g beefsalt and pepper1 tablespoon soy sauce1/2 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon grated garlic1 teaspoon grated ginger1 spring onion

Put salt and pepper and fry all surface until good brown.Put beef, sauce mixture and spring onion. Blow out the air inside and tighten the bag like this photo.Boil water and put beef in and turn off flame.Cover beef with dish and put lid. Wrap the pot with news paper. Wait for 30 minutes.Take beef out and cool down.Cut beef thinly. And salt a little to make good colour.Enjoy with green salad.Today’s dinner. Put rice, beef and vegetables on Nori seaweed and wrap with it. Eat with any sauce you like. Miso mayonnaise (1:1) sauce is so nice!
