Ingredients

  • 300 g beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 spring onion

Directions

  • Put salt and pepper and fry all surface until good brown.
  • Put beef, sauce mixture and spring onion. Blow out the air inside and tighten the bag like this photo.
  • Boil water and put beef in and turn off flame.
  • Cover beef with dish and put lid. Wrap the pot with news paper. Wait for 30 minutes.
  • Take beef out and cool down.
  • Cut beef thinly. And salt a little to make good colour.
  • Enjoy with green salad.
  • Today’s dinner. Put rice, beef and vegetables on Nori seaweed and wrap with it. Eat with any sauce you like. Miso mayonnaise (1:1) sauce is so nice!
