2 apples250 g frozen fruits50 g light muscovado sugar1 tsp ground cinnamon1 lemonCrumble topping75 g demerara sugar175 g plain flour85 g cool butter, diced

Peal, core and cut the apple into 1cm cubes and put in an oven proof dishAdd the juice of the lemon, the frozen fruit, sugar, cinnamon and water. MixTo make the crumble top, rub the butter into the flour until the mixture is crumbly. Stir in the demerara sugar.Add the crumble mixture on the top of the fruitCook for 50min at 190oC
