Ingredients

  • 100 gm chopped carrot
  • 100 gm chopped potato
  • 100 gm chopped paneer
  • 100 gm chopped cauliflower
  • 2 chopped capsicum
  • 100 gm green peas
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 6 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • I tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chana masala
  • 4 tsp water
  • Red chili powder as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves (optional)

Directions

  • Firstly wash all the vegetable properly
  • Heat oil in a large pan or kadhai over medium heat
  • Add mustard seeds,when mustard starts to pop up, add finely chopped onion,fry until lightly brown, then add ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, turmeric powder,garam masala, cumin powder, chana masala,chili powder and salt. Stir them for a minute
  • Add all the chopped vegetables and water. Cover the lid and keep the heat at a minimum. Cook for 30 minutes and stir occasionally
  • After 30 minutes check if vegetables are cooked.Sprinkle some chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve mix vegetable sabzi with fresh paratha or Roti
