Ras El-Hanout Honey BBQ chicken thighs

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp Runny honey,
  • 1 tbsp Salt,
  • Lemon, juiced,
  • 3 cloves Garlic,
  • Chili flakes, 2 tsps,
  • Ras El-Hanout (substitute)
  • Ginger, 2 tsps
  • Coriander, 2 tsps
  • Paprika, 2 tsps

Directions

  • Mix everything together, starting with the wet ingredients, then allow the chicken to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, but all day is best.
  • Remove the chicken from the fridge an hour before cooking.
  • Place on a baking tray, lightly cover with olive oil, then roast at 200°c (Fan 180°c) for 40 minutes
