8 chicken thighs2 tbsp Runny honey,1 tbsp Salt,Lemon, juiced,3 cloves Garlic,Chili flakes, 2 tsps,Ras El-Hanout (substitute)Ginger, 2 tspsCoriander, 2 tspsPaprika, 2 tsps
Directions

Mix everything together, starting with the wet ingredients, then allow the chicken to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, but all day is best.Remove the chicken from the fridge an hour before cooking.Place on a baking tray, lightly cover with olive oil, then roast at 200°c (Fan 180°c) for 40 minutes
