Heat oil and butter in non-stick pan or wok on medium high heat. Add spices, cook for 5 minutesAdd meat, green pumpkin and Chinese cabbage; stir fry for 10 minutesAdd black pepper sauce, sugar, salt. Stir fry for 30 minutes till cooked
