Ingredients

  • Green pumpkin
  • 500 gr beef
  • 3 leaves Chinese cabbage
  • 7 pcs Garlic
  • 3 pcs shallots
  • 5 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 3 teaspoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 5 teaspoon of blackpepper sauce (Lee Kum Kee)
  • 5 pcs of keffir leaves

Directions

  • Heat oil and butter in non-stick pan or wok on medium high heat. Add spices, cook for 5 minutes
  • Add meat, green pumpkin and Chinese cabbage; stir fry for 10 minutes
  • Add black pepper sauce, sugar, salt. Stir fry for 30 minutes till cooked
