Ingredients

  • 1 sliced potato
  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 1/4 cup Rice flour
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • Pinch bicarbonate soda

Directions

  • Mix all dry ingredients and sieve
  • Mix water to make batter to the consistency shown in the photo. Mix well until lumps free
  • Slice the potatoes thinly and dip it in batter and coat lightly but not much and deep fry in oil. Serve with coconut chutney. Yummmm!!
