1 sliced potato1 cup Gram flour1/4 cup Rice flourTo Taste Salt1 tsp chilli powderPinch bicarbonate soda
Directions

Mix all dry ingredients and sieveMix water to make batter to the consistency shown in the photo. Mix well until lumps freeSlice the potatoes thinly and dip it in batter and coat lightly but not much and deep fry in oil. Serve with coconut chutney. Yummmm!!
