  • Potato peelings
  • Flavoured oil of your choosing
  • Salt and pepper to season

Directions

  • Very simple and yummy starter or addition to main course simply shallow fry leftover potato peelings in flavoured oil until tender and golden brown on the edges.
  • Season and serve. Yummy with garlic mayo, bbq sauce or topped with your favourite grated cheese melted under a hot grill.
