1 kg potato7 eggs3 tbs oil1 tsp seven spices1 tsp salt1 quantity of oil for frying potatoes

Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes. Wash and drain off excess waterHeat the oil in a deep pan and start frying the potatoesRemove potatoes once finished frying from the oil and place on some paper towel so as they can drain out any excess oilIn a big pan add the oil and the eggs, then add the spices and the salt. Start mixing taking care the eggs don’t dry out, add the potatoes mix carefully until well combinedServe hot with yogurt
