Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato
  • 7 eggs
  • 3 tbs oil
  • 1 tsp seven spices
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 quantity of oil for frying potatoes

Directions

  • Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes. Wash and drain off excess water
  • Heat the oil in a deep pan and start frying the potatoes
  • Remove potatoes once finished frying from the oil and place on some paper towel so as they can drain out any excess oil
  • In a big pan add the oil and the eggs, then add the spices and the salt. Start mixing taking care the eggs don’t dry out, add the potatoes mix carefully until well combined
  • Serve hot with yogurt
