Mongolian Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • Broccoli
  • Spring Onions
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Combine sauce ingredients
  • Toss chicken with cornstarch
  • Fry chicken until just golden brown, remove from pan and set aside
  • Fry broccoli
  • Combine with sauce, chicken, white parts of the onions, garlic, ginger
  • Fry until sauce thickens, stir in green onions and then serve with rice
