Chicken2 Chicken Breasts1 tbsp CornflourBroccoliSpring Onions1 tsp grated ginger1 tsp grated garlicSauce1 tbsp Hoisin1/2 tsp Sesame Oil4 tbsp soy sauce4 tbsp water2 tbsp brown sugar1 tsp cornflourto taste Salt and pepper

Combine sauce ingredientsToss chicken with cornstarchFry chicken until just golden brown, remove from pan and set asideFry broccoliCombine with sauce, chicken, white parts of the onions, garlic, gingerFry until sauce thickens, stir in green onions and then serve with rice
