Mabungo fruit700 ml plain WaterThird of cup Brown sugerPinch salt1 cup orange juice (optionalHalf cup Tamarind juice(optional)
Directions

Prep your ingredients:(you may wish to soak the mabungo seeds before blending)Blend the mabungo seeds with water..be careful not to blend long time just pulse..or short blend..as the seeds can break the blender.(this may be helped by soaking seeds couple of hours or overnight.)After blending.do first seiving.then add some water to seeds and do second seiving..Once yiu see the seed are visible means the flesh is coming of the seeds easily then this means the juicing is in..other wise if still some flesh in seeds you can add water and blend second time round.are clear..then now you can taste for sourness and add abit more water about a glass or soRepeat seiving until all or most of seedsAdd suger stir and put in serving jug…u can add orange juice or tamarind or both.. according to taste.if you like more depth color etc…bismillah enjoy
