1 cup spinch leaves1 cup methi leaves1 cup radish leaves2 green chillies1 tbsp ginger1 small onion finely chopped1 small tomato finely chopped6-7 garlic pods1 tbsp coriander powder1 tsp jeera1/2 tsp garam masala1 tsp red chilli powder2 tbsp gheeto taste SaltFor Corn meal pancake1/2 cup corn meal1/2 cup wheat flour1/4 cup yogurtto taste SaltPinch baking soda2 tbsp Oil

Wash all the leaf well, take pressure cooker add leaf, ginger garlic, green chillies, 1 cup water cover the lid and take 4 - 5 whistle on medium flame.After cooling down, open the lid and grind this leaves in grinder and make a fine paste, keep this paste aside.Take a pan add ghee heat this ghee on medium flame, then add jeera let them splutter, add finely chopped onion, saute them till onion become pink in colo,Now add finely chopped tomatoes, cook till tomato become massy.Now add leaves puree that we have madeAdd coriander powder, garam masala, salt mix all wellCook this sauce on slow flame till it comes little thick consistencyTake a bowl add corn meal, wheat flour, salt and yogurt, mix well now add water make a batter like pancake consistencyHeat nonstick tava, add baking soda in batter, mix well.Take a ladleful of batter, pour on tava spread it like pancake thickness,Pour little oil on it, cook it on both side,Serve hot with spinch sauce
