Ingredients

1 whole chicken3 tbspn milk3 tbsp soysauce2 tbsp oyster sauce1 tbsp minced coriander roots1 tbsp minced garlic1 tbsp pepper powder1 tbsp chilli powder1 tsp palm sugar
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.Marinate the chicken with above mixture for At least 4 hours or overnightGrill it in the over @200c for 45 mins. Enjoy!
