Crêpes1 egg150 ml milk60 g all purpose flour7 g suagr1 tsp salt7 g melted unsalted butterFilling120 g whipping cream7 g sugar1 mango

Make the crepe batter. Beat the egg. Add milk, sugar and melted unsalted butter and mix well. Sift the flour in and mix until smooth. Filter with a sift to make it completely smooth.Brush a layer of oil on a pan. Cook crêpe on both sides. This recipe can make around 5 crêpes.Set aside the crêpes until they are completely cool down to room temperature.To make the filling, combine the whipping cream and sugar. Whisk it until nice and firm.Dice the mango too.Put the cream and mango on a crêpe then wrap it up. Cover with a plastic wrap. Chill it in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
