Mango pancake

Ingredients

  • Crêpes
  • 1 egg
  • 150 ml milk
  • 60 g all purpose flour
  • 7 g suagr
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 7 g melted unsalted butter
  • Filling
  • 120 g whipping cream
  • 7 g sugar
  • 1 mango

Directions

  • Make the crepe batter. Beat the egg. Add milk, sugar and melted unsalted butter and mix well. Sift the flour in and mix until smooth. Filter with a sift to make it completely smooth.
  • Brush a layer of oil on a pan. Cook crêpe on both sides. This recipe can make around 5 crêpes.
  • Set aside the crêpes until they are completely cool down to room temperature.
  • To make the filling, combine the whipping cream and sugar. Whisk it until nice and firm.
  • Dice the mango too.
  • Put the cream and mango on a crêpe then wrap it up. Cover with a plastic wrap. Chill it in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
