500 grams Boneless Chicken Thighs -2 tbsp Garlic2 tbsp Gingerhandful Curry leaves2 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder2 tsp Cumin Powder1 tbsp Coriander Powder1 tsp Turmeric Powder2 tsp Garam Masala Powder1 tsp Pepper Powder4 tbsp Lemon Juice / Vinegar4 tbsp All Purpose flour / Maida4 tbsp Rice Flour1 pinch Red Food ColourOil for deep frying

Grind garlic, ginger, curry leaves in a blender and puree roughly.Mix all ingredients in a bowl.Leave it to marinate overnight or at least for 1 to 2 hours.Deep fry till golden. Drain and serve.Please tag @appetizing.adventure on Instagram if you try it!
