Chicken Fry

Ingredients

  • 500 grams Boneless Chicken Thighs -
  • 2 tbsp Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Ginger
  • handful Curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 4 tbsp Lemon Juice / Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp All Purpose flour / Maida
  • 4 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 1 pinch Red Food Colour
  • Oil for deep frying

Directions

  • Grind garlic, ginger, curry leaves in a blender and puree roughly.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Leave it to marinate overnight or at least for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Deep fry till golden. Drain and serve.
