  • Tangkoy or winter melon,cubes
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • Ginger and garluc sliced
  • Half tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 piece fish maw,cut into strips
  • 5 pieces dried mushroom, sliced

Directions

  • Sautee dried mushroom.first until.golden.brown then add ginger and garlic.Then the fish maw and tomato.Mix well then add tangkoy a little water and oyster sauce.Cover and cook
