12 tsp flour1,5 tsp yeast1 tsp sugar1 pinch salt1 cup milk or you can replace it with water1/2 tsp butter (i used salted butter insted of unsalted butter)

Mix yeast, sugar and 5 tbsp warm water, stir then set aside until bubble2 (yeast is actived)Mix flour, sugar, salt, milk and 1,5 tsp activated yeast then make dough until it’s not sticky.Make small ball of doughCover dough with plastic wrap or clean. leave it for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes dough will be like in this pictureAfter 30 minutes, punch dough then fill it with chocolate or minced meat or etc then cover it again with wrap or clean. Then leave for 15 minutesSteam pao in a steamer for 5 minutesServe it
