225 g gluten free oats3 tablespoons lemon juicezest of 1 lemon3 tablespoons poppy seeds120 ml honey or maple syrup60 g coconut oil
Directions

Preheat the oven to 150 oC In a large bowl mix together the oats, lemon zest and poppy seedsIn a small pan place the lemon juice, honey/maple syrup and coconut oil Gently heat until melted and mixed together Pour into the dry ingredients and mix until the oats are coatedSpread out on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes Stir oats and return to the oven for another 15 minutesRemove from the oven and allow to cool Store in an airtight container
